17-Year-Old Arrested After Boyfriend Who Took Her To Phone Shop to Gift Her iPhone11, Absconded With the Phone Without Payment

A 17-year-old has been arrested by security operatives after her boyfriend she met online took her to a phone shop, to gift her iPhone11 and absconded with the phone without payment.

According to the Facebook user, Adepoju Omoniyi Rector, the teenage girl had followed a man she met online to a phone shop, made her choice and the boy who’s with the purchased phone left the shop leaving the girl behind.

The teenage girl narrated how they met and the events that unfolded leading up to the moment the guy abandoned her at the phone store and disappeared with the iPhone 11 Pro.

Sharing a photo of the girl, Omoniyi wrote; “Train your child.. 17years old girl went with a guy she met online, he took her to a phone shop in pretense that he wanted to buy an Iphone 11 pro worth 350k for her, the guy excused himself from the phone shop that he wanted to quickly get something outside and ran away with the phone leaving her inside the shop. She has been arrested by the police.”
