Buhari Meets Gbajabiamila

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila at the Aso Rock Villa in Abuja.

The meeting, which held behind closed doors, started around 11:30am at the President’s office.

Naija News gathered Hon. Gbajabiamila’s car arrived the forecourt of the Presidential Villa around 10.22am.

Though details of the meeting between the two leaders is yet to be made public, this online medium understands it may not be unconnected with the xenophobic killing of Nigerians in South Africa.

Recall in the wake of the renewed attacks in South Africa, Gbajabiamila had hinted that the lawmakers may cut short their recess to deliberate on the killing of Nigerians.
