Deputy Spokesman’s Home Gutted By Fire

The Enugu home of the deputy spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chuks Ibegbu, went up in flames after it was gutted by fire on Sunday, June 30.

Naija News reports that the incident occurred during the afternoon hours of Sunday.

The fire was said to have burnt the entire building as and subjected the efforts by fire service officials to being futile.

The Enugu and federal fire services were said to have arrived the scene almost immediately but were unable to put out the fire successfully due to the intensity of the inferno.

As at the time of reports, the Police was still conducting an investigation to ascertain the real cause of the inferno.
