Emiliano Sala: Kanté Offers To Pay For The Continuation Of Search

Kanté and Sala were team-mates in the 2014/2015 season in Caen.

N’Golo Kanté has offered to pay the expenses in order to continue the search and rescue operation for Emiliano Sala and his pilot. Recall that the Argentine player has been missing since Monday night, when the private plane on which he was travelling to Cardiff, disappeared from the radars.

Kanté and Sala were team-mates in the 2014/2015 season in Caen, where Sala was on loan from Bordeaux.

This gesture of humility – another one by N’Golo Kanté – is receiving a lot of praise from football fans on social networks.

Authorities on Thursday stopped the search for the private plane followed by Emiliano Sala as well as pilot David Ibbotson, as chances of survival are “extremely remote.” The family does not comply with this decision and has already asked, for very many times, that the British authorities continue with the search operation.

On the internet, a petition has been underway since Friday for the searches to be resumed. It already has more than 80 thousand signatures.
