Two Ghanaian nurses, Tracy Ewurama Marcel and Ramatu have lost their jobs due to negligence; by going live on facebook, ignoring the patients while at work.
The video of nurses which went viral on Facebook live was shared by Ghanaian news publication, Adom FM, on their Facebook page.

The management of the Royal MMR Hospital, where the two nurses worked, reacted to the video saying, they were shocked and horrified at the behaviour of the two nurses by the fact that they “choose to do Facebook Live while at work and responded to comments at the expense of patients waiting to seek health care”

Dr. Mohammed Donkor, a doctor in the hospital, said that the two had been fired by the management of the hospital as their conduct was in breach of company regulations.

Trudy and Ramatu were reportedly employed as health assistants and had no inclinations that their conduct was against hospital rules.
