Accident Claims 11 Live, Injure 13 On Abuja-Lokoja Road
A fatal motor accident which occurred on Sunday morning near Kwaita village, on the Abuja-Lokoja road has killed eleven people.

Naija News learnt that 13 others sustained injuries in the accident and were taken to hospital by the rescue team of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
A witness said the accident happened at about 11:30am when a Mercedez Benz truck with registration number KJA 903 XU conveying some women traders coming from Lokoja end rammed into a stationery truck with registration number LND 471 XS.
He said nine women and two men, especially those sitting in front of the Mercedes truck with the driver trapped.
He said men of the FRSC rushed to the scene with their extricating machine before the victims were removed from the wreckage.
When contacted, the Yangoji unit commander of the (FRSC), Assistant Corps Commander Joseph Samgbaza, confirmed the accident.
He said the remains of the 11 dead people were taken to Kwali General Hospital morgue, saying the 13 injured victims were taken to Allied Surgery and University of Abuja Teaching Hospital both in Gwagwalada and Kwali General Hospital.
