Police To Parade Suspected Killers Of Alex Badeh

Some suspects alleged to be involved in the killing of a former chief of defence staff, Alex Badeh have been arrested by the Nigeria Police Force.

The suspects, Naija News gathered, will be paraded at the headquarters of the police force in Abuja on Thursday.

“We have made a breakthrough in the case and we’ve arrested suspects who will be paraded on Thursday,” a source quoted by Punch said.

Recall that as earlier reported by Naija News, Badeh was shot dead by gunmen when his vehicle was attacked along the Abuja-Keffi highway on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 while returning from his farm.

Of the three occupants of his Tundra Toyota truck, Badeh was the only one killed as the vehicle was riddled with bullets piercing the windscreen, fueling speculations that he was assassinated.

Alex Badeh was a retired four star general of the Nigerian Air force who served as the 18th Chief of Air Staff and the 15th Chief of Defence Staff of the armed forces of Nigeria.
