Gale Harold is from Atlanta where he was born on July 10, 1969. The actor who is a staunch supporter of LGBT and his fame is linked to his gay character in Queer as Folk has been assumed to be homosexual in several places. However, this is not true. The actor made it clear in a video he recorded to encourage gay teens to stay true to himself that his support for the LGBT community was because he had very close people who were gay, he never declared that he was one of them.

Also, from the history of his past romantic sexual relationships, it can be said that his sexuality is straight, as he has only dealt with women. Gale Harold is therefore a heterosexual man who is interested in women. Although he is single at the moment, he has given no indication of his coming out as gay.
