The Jigawa State Governor, Muhammad Badaru has asked the electorates in the state to support the presidential bid of the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag bearer, Bola Tinubu.

Naija News reports that the governor said Tinubu’s victory means the continuity of Federal Government projects initiated by President Muhammadu Buhari in the State.

According to him, electorates in Jigawa should vote for Tinubu to ensure that projects like the road, rail line and others are continued.

Badaru, who spoke on Wednesday at Gumel after presenting flags to APC’s candidates contesting for various elective positions in Jigawa Northwest Senatorial District noted that the party remained the only party trusted by people in the State and Nigeria in general.

He said his administration has fulfilled all its campaign promises, as there is no community in the state that hasn’t benefited from the APC government.

The governor also appealed to the electorate to also vote for the APC governorship candidate in the state, Malam Umar Namadi.

He said “We fulfilled almost all our campaign promises, as there is no community in the State that is yet to benefit from one or more capital projects by our great party, the APC.

“We have a legacy in the State and I assure you that voting for APC at all levels will ensure the continuity of such projects and programmes.”
