{Breaking} It Is Fake: Peter Obi Opens Up On Alleged Phone Call With Bishop Oyedepo

A social commentator, Deji Adeyanju has again, mocked the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi for not securing an open endorsement from the founder of the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo.

Naija News reports that Adeyanju took to micro-blogging platform, Twitter to make fun of Obi saying despite him attending the church’s annual programme tagged Shiloh on Thursday, he didn’t get Oyedepo to give him an open endorsement.

He accused Obi of taking his politics to Shiloh and told Nigerians to fear politicians who mix politics with pleasure.

His reaction is sequel to Obi’s presence at the annual Living Faith programme, Shiloh yesterday in Canaan Land, Ota, Ogun State, where he was introduced by the church’s Vice President, David Abioye.

Naija News earlier reported that the founder of the church, Oyedepo declared that he would rather burn his voters card than vote for a particular candidate at the first coming elections.

Oyedepo, who mocked one of the presidential candidates at the event yesterday noted that, that candidate can’t even handle his family yet want to lead a nation, adding that even though they spend a billion naira, they will never sit in the presidency.

However Adeyanju took to Twitter to react saying Nigerians love corrupt leaders, but there are better options on the ballot next year either than supporting the “three leading thieves”

He wrote “Obi brought his 2023 politics to Shiloh but failed to get an open endorsement from Bishop Oyedepo. I personally fear politicians that try to mix politics and religion together.

“Nigerians are in love with corrupt thieving politicians that is why they are supporting the 3 leading thieves. There are better options on the ballot for February.”
