Temmie Ovwasa’s Mother Sends Message To Her After Sexual Abuse Revelation

Popular Nigerian singer, Temmie Ovwasa, has revealed that her mother has asked for her forgiveness for not believing she was sexually assaulted by her step-father.

Recall that Naija News had earlier reported that the singer had stated that she was sexually abused by her step father for six years.

Ovwasa noted that she had always wanted to reveal what her stepfather did to her but she was waiting for her mother to die because she does not want her to bear the shame.

According to Ovwasa, her stepfather wrote the details of the abuses in a dairy which her mother found but still stayed in the marriage.

Ovwasa has once again revealed via Twitter that after her initial tweet her mother sent a message asking for her forgiveness.

She shared the message sent and her response.

She also slammed her step sister for trying to gaslight her.

She added that her stepsister who has “never called her for once in her life” called her after her Twitter revelation to asked why she spoke out publicly.
