The television personality was born on September 4, 1990 in Newport Beach, California, United States of America. She is the daughter of three of her parents Rosario and Desmond Adams. She holds an American nationality and belongs to a mixed African-American and Mexican ethnicity. As for her education, she graduated from Concordia University Irvine in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in biology.
During her first week of college in 2008 and hit by a truck and dealing with chronic pain for years after two brutal accidents. She has gained immense fame through her appearance in The Bachelor franchise in 2019 when she appeared in the season of Colton Underwood. She became a final two along with Cassie Randolph, where Underwood ended up choosing Cassie.
Furthermore, alongside the reality TV personality, he has also worked as a phlebotomist. After finishing the show, she entered the sixth season of Bachelor in Paradise in August 2019. On the show, she was seen dating her fellow contestant John Paul Jones. In 2020, she became the 16th season of The Bachelorette replacing Clare Crawley.
