BIOGRAPHY
Nick Frost began acting by chance when his roommate Simon Pegg offered him a role in the British sitcom Les Allumés . Becoming one of the most popular young comic actors in Great Britain, he found his sidekick on the big screen in Shaun of the Dead , directed by Edgar Wright in 2005. This “romantic comedy with zombies” enjoyed international success which pushed the trio to reform in 2007 in Hot Fuzz where he plays a stupid and lazy policeman from the quiet village of Sandford, which will lead to a desire to produce a “Cornetto Trilogy”.

After solo appearances in dramatic comedies such as Kinky Boots , Penelope and Wild Child , Frost was given a more substantial role as part of the crew of the “rocking boat” of Good Morning England . He plays a seductive and sarcastic DJ, who immediately attracts the public’s sympathy. In 2011, he reunited with his accomplice Simon Pegg to co-write and direct in the film Paul , then to play Inspectors Dupont and Dupond in The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn , directed by Steven Spielberg . The same year, he starred in Attack the Block by Joe Cornish , an alien invasion film in the heart of the London suburbs.

In 2012, Nick Frost lent his voice to Ice Age: Continental Drift (2012) and played one of the dwarves in Snow White and the Huntsman (id.). The following year, he reunited with his friend Simon Pegg and director Edgar Wright for the final part of the “Cornetto Trilogy”, The Last Pub Before the End of the World (2013), which tells the story of a group of old friends who will try to finish the ultimate evening that they could not finish in their youth.
