Mark Wiens – biography, ethnicity

Back when everyone else was dreaming of a big one, Mark Wiens, who was an entrepreneur and maybe owned his own business, was looking forward to traveling the world and eating out. It’s the kind of adventurous lifestyle that looks great in a movie but is difficult to personally commit to. But Mark Wiens, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, made the decision to embrace the challenging lifestyle, and so far that’s what he’s working for

He was born on February 26, 1986. Traveling to exotic places has always been a part of Mark Wien’s life. As a child, his parents moved to Albertville, France when he was five, and later to Hawaii and Canada. His parents also lived in Central Africa, specifically in the Republic of Congo in a town called Tandala. After spending time in Congo, where he made friends and immersed himself in the culture, his parents moved to Nairobi, Kenya.

Further details about his parents are unknown andtherefore there are no specifics regarding the ethnicity of Mark Wiens. However, we know from pictures that he is white. He also has dark brown hair and brown eyes. Perhaps it was travel and exposure to different cultures and lifestyles in different parts of the world that led Mark Weins to study Global Studies at Arizona State University College to complete a formal and informal education that began at Rosslyn Academy and spread among different schools around the world.

When he graduated from Arizona in 2008, Mark just wanted to pick up where he left off as a pre-college global traveler. For a year he traveled to different countries such as Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. That year, Mark Wiens started writing his experiences of travel and food on a blog called Migrationology. His decision to blog for a living led him to YouTube in 2009.

After touring South America, Mark Wiens moved to Bangkok, where he stayed for a while and taught English for a year. While he was there he continued to blog and eventually his blog site and YouTube page started to see real growth.

He published his first eBook, Essen Thai Food Guide in 2010 and has continued to write on his blog and post on his YouTube channel Mark Wiens, which now has over 3.3 million subscribers with over 600 million views. The channel also shows how he travels to different countries and cities to eat street food in travel vlogs. He traveled to Austria, Turkey, Mexico and China, among other places. He has a second channel, Mark Abroad, which covers accommodation and flight experiences in new countries he travels to.

Wealth (income and earnings)

Mark Wiens has a successful YouTube channel and a growing website that sells merchandise alongside his 2010 eBook. In all, these ventures have brought Mark Wiens a net worth of $2 million.

We know that they were travelers who like Mark and have traveled through different parts of the world. It would be perfectly fair to say that he got his traveling genes from his parents and he didn’t fail one bit. As far as we know, his parents gave birth to two children – Mark and a sister whose name is not known.
