He was born on November 19, 1976 as Jack Patrick Dorsey in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. He is the son of Tim and Marcia Dorsey and grew up a Catholic priest in Cincinnati. He is of mixed ethnicity of English, Irish, and Italian descent. His father worked in a mass spectrometer development company and his mother, a housewife.
Regarding his education, he attended Bishop DuBourg Catholic High School. During her high school days, she also worked as a fashion model. She attended the University of Missouri – Rolla for over two years and then transferred to New York University.
