Just like Djimon Hounsou before him and Channing, Greg Vaughan is a member of Tatum’s exclusive list of high-profile models who have made careers in front of the camera. The 1.82 m tall Texas native, who received a Daytime Emmy Award after his name, is best known for his roles in soap operas such as The Young and the Troubled (2002-03), General Hospital (2003-09) and Days of our lives where he has been performing since 2012.

Greg Vaughan was born James Gregory Vaughan Jr. to Barbara Ann Alt and James Gregory Vaughan Sr. on June 15, 1973 in Dallas, Texas. However, his parents raised him in Mesquite, Texas, where he attended Mesquite High School. When a young Vaughan wasn’t at school, he was always spending time with his grandparents in the country. To earn pocket money, he often worked as a table cleaner at the restaurant they were in and operated.

Around the age of 16, while I was still in high school, Vaughan found out about a modeling contest that he entered by submitting photos of himself. As it would turn out, Vaughan was able to come up with the final list of the competition, but did not win. Instead, he was encouraged to pursue a modeling career, which he completed with an agency.

Vaughan and Haoud swapped places on June 4, 2006. Together they have three sons; Jathan James Vaughan, born May 4, 2007, Cavan Thomas Vaughan, born January 19, 2010, and Landan Reid, born March 6, 2012. After giving birth to their last child on April 14, 2014 to be precise the couple announced their separation and later divorced.
