BIOGRAPHY
Very creative, Grant Gustin has always aimed for the 7th Art. After taking numerous courses training him in comedy and music, the young man participated for a year in the West Side Story Revival Tour before turning to television.
He began his career on the small screen by making an appearance in CSI Miami . But it was in 2011 that Grant found a place of choice. After a laborious casting, Ryan Murphy offered him the role of the mischievous and calculating Sebastian Smythe, member of Dalton Academy in the musical series Glee . The general public is finally noticing.
2013 is undoubtedly the year of consecration for him. He starred alongside Annabeth Gish and Jessica Lowndes in the TV movie Bad Influence where he played Chris Stewart, a tormented young high school student. The young actor then plays Shenae Grimes and AnnaLynne McCord in eight episodes of the very sunny 90210 Beverly Hills .
The actor became, shortly after, Bart Allen – aka Flash – a famous character in the DC Comics franchise, during two episodes of Arrow . Luck finally smiled on him. The arrival of this new superhero creates buzz, and the CW orders a spin-off centered on the adventures of the fastest vigilante in the world. The Flash makes its debut on American television in the fall of 2014 and begins with the first steps of our protagonist in the Lightning Man costume.
