Known as Fabiography, the model was born on March 15, 1959 in Milan, Italy. His father, Sauro Lanzoni, was a businessman who owned and ran his own business, specializing in the construction of assembly lines. His mother, Flora Carnicelli Lanzoni, was, unsurprisingly, a model of beauty. He was raised as the second child among three children with an older brother and a younger sister – Walter and Cristina respectively.

Growing up in a Catholic home, he was an altar boy, but surprisingly that didn’t make him an easy kid. He always had issues that would see him expelled from school almost constantly. One thing he stayed away from, however, was drugs.

Having started his modeling career since 1961, when he was just a child, in his native country of Italy, where he also started acting later, Lanzoni decided to move to the United States. United at the age of 17. At the time, his father did not support him, but always let him go because he was sure that the young man was going to come home with his tail between his legs. It didn’t happen.
