BIOGRAPHY
Born in California, Brian Austin Green grew up near Los Angeles, and acquired a taste for the world of entertainment at an early age by following his father, a Country musician, on tour. After a first appearance on the small screen in the TV movie The Canterville Ghost in 1985, he participated in series like Still the Beaver , Les Routes du Paradis and La Petite Merveille . At the age of 13, he got the recurring role of Brian Cunningham on West Coast , the young son of the show’s bitch, Abby Ewing. Spotted by Aaron Spelling in 1990, he became David Silver, one of the teenagers from the legendary Beverly Hills . The series was a success, and his acting career was launched. Like his on-screen character, Brian is very attracted to music, and more particularly to rap. He released his first album One Stop Carnival in 1996 , under the name Brian Green. Despite the actor’s notoriety, this opus did not have the expected success. Which does not prevent him from pursuing a musical career in the world of hip hop, thanks to his own recording studio.

At the same time as Beverly Hills , Brian Austin Green finds time to devote himself to other projects, in cinema ( Kid , An American Summer and Kickboxer 2: The Successor ) and in the field of dubbing (for the animated series Fantastic 4 and Biker Mice, Space Bikers ). In 1995, he starred opposite Tiffani Thiessen , his partner in Beverly Hills and companion in the city at that time, in the TV movie L’affront . After a stint with Couleur Pacifique , he continued with Stolen Youth , Guilty Liaison and Délit d’abandonment , and appeared as a guest star in Sabrina, the Teenage Witch , alongside Melissa Joan Hart .

At the end of Beverly Hills in 2000, times were tough, but Green still made a few appearances in series such as Resurrection Blvd. , The 13th Dimension , Stacey Stone , CSI , Las Vegas , and A Family of Thunder . He plays himself in the feature film Domino , with his ex- Beverly Hills colleague Ian Ziering(aka Steve Sanders), before playing for an entire season Chris, Freddie ‘s best friend , in the eponymous comedy by Freddie Prinze Jr.

In 2008, he starred in a beach volleyball thriller: Impact Point , before joining the series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles as a series regular . He then plays Derek Reese for 23 episodes, a resistance fighter sent into the past by the future John Connor. After a brief stint in CSI: Miami , he took on the role of John Korben, aka Metallo, at the start of season 9 of Smallville . Boosted by kryptonite, he lands the role of Keith Watson, a rather sexy entrepreneur who turns the head of perfectionist Bree Van de Kamp ( Marcia Cross ) in season 7 of Desperate Housewives . This media exposure in two of the current television series allowed him to appear, between 2011 and 2014, in the musical series The Wedding Ban d and three horror films: Last Stop , ChromeSkull: Laid to Rest 2 and Don’t Blink .

Announced for the casting of season 2 of Rosewood in 2016, Brian Austin Green decided to abandon his new role, and was finally replaced by Eddie Cibrian .
