BIOGRAPHY
A graduate of the Institute of Theater Studies in Paris III, Adama Niane received theater training from Philippe Duclos at the Ateliers du TGP (Ateliers Gérard Philipe). A recognized actor on the stage, he plays in numerous plays under the direction of, among others, Richard Bean , Pascal Jouan and Stéphanie Loïk.

It was in 1992 that the actor appeared for the first time on television in the series Commissaire Moulin . Accustomed to small roles (as in the films Baise-moi , 35 Rhums and series PJ , Boulevard du Palais ), Adama Niane is best known to the general public for the character of Sébastien Sangha, lawyer in the series Plus belle la vie .

With The SK1 Affair , the actor obtained his first major role in the cinema by coldly embodying the killer from eastern Paris Guy Georges, who terrified the capital in the 1990s. Alongside Raphaël Personnaz , he delivered a performance particularly striking.

Starring in the seventies-style criminal odyssey Le Gang des Antillais (2016), Adama Niane found an intense role, three years later, in Furie . In this violent thriller, he portrays a father caught in a spiral of violence when, on his return from vacation, he finds his house squatted…

On the small side, Adama Niane takes part in the crime series La Mante centered on the hunt for a serial killer. We could also see him in the series Sam (16 episodes) or Lupine (7 episodes). In 2022, he was one of the characters in The Island of 30 Coffins , available on Salto.
