Mark NeJame is an American defense attorney, philanthropist, speaker, and legal media analyst. He runs a renowned Florida-based law firm under his name called NeJame Law, founded in 1955. Mark NeJame: biography, family, career
The lawyer was born on January 3, 1955 as Mark E. NeJame in Orlando, Florida, United States of America. He was born as the son of parents Ann and Fred NeJame. He grew up with two younger sisters named Paula and Christine. When he was ten years old, his parents divorced following his father’s alcoholic behavior. He was then raised by his single mother and his grandmother and began working at a very young age to support his family. He has American nationality and belongs to Lebanese heritage.
Regarding his education, he graduated from Edgewater High School in 1972. He then attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Before joining law school, she had saved funds after selling plants and opening a plant store and plant rental business. He later received his Juris Doctor degree in 1980 from the law school.
After earning his law degree, he returned to his hometown of Florida and co-founded the Law Offices Of NeJame & Hyman, PA in 1981. But in 1995, he left the joint firm and founded his own law firm under his name. His firm handled personal injury, criminal defense, immigration, and civil trial cases with various attorneys and litigation departments. Furthermore, he is also active in the political field, where he once served as a member of then-President Barack Obama’s National Finance Committee in 2008.
