Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has opened up on her ongoing separation from her estranged husband, actor Frederick Leonard.

Naija News reports that she posted a video on her Instagram story showing Frederick Leonard and the woman described as his alleged lover.

In her message, she referred to both of them as shameless lots.

Peggy stated that the matter is already in court and reminded that a hearing has been scheduled for June 23.

She said the other party had been served with court papers but did not appear when required, and also failed to attend a previous court date.

She added that she expects them to show up this time so the divorce case can move forward properly.

The actress further claimed that details of her petition had already been seen by him, yet he still avoided court proceedings.

She also accused him of involving a lawyer instead of appearing personally to respond to the case.

She said: “You said you wanted a divorce , yet you didn’t show up when you were served, please don’t avoid customary court for the 2nd time on June 23rd because I’m coming with receipts & let’s make this Divorce done & dusted. So both of you can finally be together.

“So called traditional Igbo man with another Igbo man’s wife with 4 children, you ran to a blogger that I was lying but when you were served & saw details of my petition, you knew I had seen 1 out of many, yet refused to show up in court but sent your lawyer.”
