Obaseki Will Be Accused of Stealing $2.5 Trillion - Faluyi-Isibor

The Commissioner for Digital Economy, Science and Technology, Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor, under Governor Godwin Obaseki, has said his principal would be accused of looting the state purse.

Ogbeide Ifaluyi-Isibor said Governor Obaseki would be accused of stealing $2.5 trillion World Bank loan given to the state.

Isibor forecasted what may be the fate of the Governor in the hands of the incoming All Progressives Congress (APC) administration of Senator Monday Okpebholo, on Monday, on his X handle.

He added that to push the corruption narrative social influencers would be paid to broadcast the looting allegation against Governor Obaseki.

He, however, noted that the outgoing Governor served Edo State to the best of his ability.

From tomorrow (today) morning, you’ll be reading- Obaseki stole $2.5 trillion World Bank loan and dashed his side chics ₦700billion.

They will pay some Twitter boys in Lagos some cool millions to hurriedly start broadcasting it while they will share ‘ten ten k’ (10,000) to the ones in Benin and Auchi to be posting on Facebook.

“We know the format. They will do all the media BS (bull shit) to gain some legitimacy before the people but guess what! Edo people don wise!

“Godwin Obaseki has done his own and done his best, you shut up and do your own too,” Ifaluyi-Isibor said.

Naija News reported that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administration of Governor Obaseki would come to an end today (Tuesday).
