In the five Premier League games played simultaneously from 3 p.m. to around 5 p.m. today, September 14, two wins were recorded across the match venues.

At Anfield Stadium, Nottingham Forest pulled off a stunning upset by defeating Premier League giants, Liverpool 1-0, putting an end to manager Arne Slot’s perfect start with the Reds.

Callum Hudson-Odoi’s remarkable goal secured the win, marking Forest’s first victory at Liverpool in any competition since 1969.

Meanwhile, Manchester City showcased their strength by coming back from an early setback to secure a 2-1 victory against Brentford.

Erling Haaland’s impressive performance, scoring two goals, helped maintain City’s 100% record in the Premier League.

At Selhurst Park, Crystal Palace fought back from being two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw with Leicester City. Jean-Philippe Mateta’s stoppage-time penalty leveled the score.

This result allowed Palace to avoid a third Premier League defeat this campaign.

At Craven Cottage, West Ham secured a point against Fulham with a late goal from Danny Ings, preventing a second consecutive defeat.

Ings’ timely goal showcased the team’s fighting spirit and determination to grab points even in the dying moments of the game. The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

While at Falmer Stadium, newly promoted Ipswich Town who are yet to win a Premier League game this season, managed to secure a 0-0 draw at the hands of unbeaten Brighton.

Note that earlier in the day, Manchester United defeated Southampton 3-0 at St. Mary’s Stadium.
