Video: Portable Calls Out Adekunle Gold For Seeking Assistance From Him

Street-hop artiste, Portable, has revealed that his senior colleague, Adekunle Gold asked for help in promoting his new song.

According to Portable, the R&B singer chatted him up and asked him to support his new song by participating in his online competition.

However, Portable noted that what he wants from the singer is a feature and not a video challenge.

Portable expressed surprise that the accomplished artist behind ‘5 Star’ would seek his assistance, considering that he is also seeking collaboration and support to advance his music career.

In a widely circulated video, the founder of Zeh Nation playfully taunted Adekunle Gold for his actions, because he is already a successful musician.

According to him, “That’s how Adekunle Gold, who is popular, reached out and said I should join the social media challenge on his new song rather than a song feature.” Portable vents, blending Yoruba and pidgin English in his expression.”

Portable Opens Up On Relationship With Former Wife Of Alaafin Of Oyo

Meanwhile, Portable, has opened up on his romantic affair with the ex-wife of late Alaafin of Oyo, Queen Damilola.

Naija News recalls there have been rumours that Dami, who was banned from returning to the palace after the death of Oba Adeyemi, is in a romantic relationship with the ‘Zazoo’ crooner.

Although the duo have been silent about the speculations but a check on their Instagram pages shows how they both expressed love to each other at different times in the comment section.

The Zazuu Crooner and Queen Dami referred to each other as king and queen alongside a series of love emojis.

Dami also came under heavy backlash for getting involved with the street pop artiste despite being a former wife of royalty.

Speaking on their relationship in an interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Portable admitted to being in a relationship with Dami.

The singer debunked the reports of fathering Dami’s child, stating the baby belongs to the late Alaafin of Oyo.

According to him, Dami has always been his fan even before the death of her late husband, Oba Adeyemi.

However, their relationship took a different turn after the king’s death adding if the king was alive, he would not have gone close to Dami because he doesn’t run after other people’s wives.
