Davido Reveals Popular Nigerian Singer That Suggested Name Of New Album ‘Timeless’

Famous Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has disclosed the title of his fourth studio album was suggested by Nigerian singer and Mavin record music producer, Don Jazzy.

Naija News reports that the singer made this known while answering questions about the latest project.

According to him, Don Jazzy suggested the title ‘Timeless’ to him via Instagram message sometime last year.

Davido said he almost chose a different album name but eventually settled for ‘Timeless’, as suggested by Don Jazzy.

He said: “Funny enough, Jazzy actually Dmed me a year ago and suggested that I named my album ‘Timeless'”

Meanwhile,  Davido, has opened up about his historic performance at FIFA World Cup closing in 2022, despite the demise of his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.

Naija News reports that the ‘OBO crooner’ during an interview with Beat FM on Friday, disclosed that he didn’t expect the huge opportunity.

According to him, the death of his son left him in a state of dilemma about whether to perform at the event.

However, he decided to accept the opportunity as it rarely comes for singers and many might not get it in a lifetime.
