INEC Set To Announce Final Kaduna Governorship Election Result, Confirms Kudan LGA Result

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the results from Kudan local government area in Kaduna State.

The results were declared on Monday evening.

With the declaration, the stage is set for INEC to declare the final winner of the 2023 governorship election in Kaduna.

Below is the result from Kudan LGA

APC: 21,076

LP: 887

NNPP: 670

PDP: 23,272

Naija News recalls INEC had earlier postponed the announcement of results to 6 pm to allow the result from the local government come in.

The race is very tight between the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Uba Sani, and his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counterpart, Isa Ashiru.

The remaining LGA – Kudan – is the hometown of Isa Ashiru, the PDP candidate.
