Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has won her Polling Unit 034 at Falomo in Lagos for Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Sanwo-Olu is the governorship candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), seeking reelection for a second term in office.

Sanwo-Olu could not deliver Lagos State for Tinubu during the presidential election held on February 25th.

However, results announced from today’s polls at the polling unit of Oluremi, Nigeria’s First Lady to be, APC polled 66 votes against 21 by the Labour Party and one by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Naija News understands that African Democratic Congress (ADC) also got one vote while one vote was declared void by Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) officials.

In the House of Assembly election, APC scored 68 votes to defeat Labour Party which polled 20 votes.

The PDP scored two votes with one void.
