Labour Party Female Agent Assaulted In Rivers Tearfully Narrates Ordeal

A female Labour Party agent at Ward 2, Unit 11 of Bonny Local Government Area of River State has cried out after thugs reportedly assaulted her.

In the video sighted online, the victim explained how she was manhandled by some individuals suspected to be thugs because of her political party

The lady claimed that she was observing the election process when the hoodlums pounced on her, kicked, and tore her clothes.

She added that agents of other political parties were left unarmed.

Ten BVAS Machines Stolen In Delta State (Video)

Ten Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) has been stolen in Delta State as electorates vote for their preferred governorship and house of assembly candidates.

An official of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) who confirmed the development in a video spotted online said they are still trying to check the units affected due to the missing BVAS.

The official call on security operatives at the collation centre to bring it out for them to count the remaining ones in the presence of the press.

After, counting, he noted that units should have 23 BVAS, however, 14 BVAS are being found at the INEC Centre.
