2023 Governorship Election: Fresh Poll Predicts States To Be Won By APC, Labour Party, PDP, Others

A fresh poll has predicted the states likely to be won by major political parties in Nigeria’s governorship election scheduled for March 11, 2023.

The poll conducted by Enough is Enough (EiE) and SB Morgen (SBM) Intelligence said 8,921 people were interviewed regarding presidential, governorship, and legislative races between January 16 and February 3, 2023.

Based on their responses, the poll report projected the likely outcomes of the governorship elections in the 28 states that would be participating.

In a report titled: ‘EiE-SBM Intelligence Election Forecast: Governorship Races’, the organizations said: “We also interviewed 2,613 people on the phone. All interviews took place in all 36 states and Abuja. For our governorship calls, we have opted to use only responses from the field interviews.”

Below are the likely states projected to be won by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), All Progressives Congress (APC), Labour Party (LP), New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
