The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has won massive votes ahead of his opponents in Saturday’s presidential poll in Abuja.

Naija News understands that the former Governor of Anambra State polled 281,667 votes from the six area councils in the Federal Capital Territory.

Figures presented by collation officers of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) indicated he won by a wide margin ahead of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, who polled 90,902 votes.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar, came third in the poll results after amassing 73,743 votes.

The area councils in the FCT are Abaji, Abuja, Bwari, Gwagwalada, Kuje, and Kwali.
