Jonathan Leads ECOWAS Team To Tinubu [Photos]

Former President Goodluck Jonathan, on Tuesday, led the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) monitoring team to visit the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Present at the meeting are former Ghanaian President John Mahama; the Heads of Missions of the ECOWAS and the African Union (AU), His Excellency Ernest Bai Koroma and His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta, respectively, the President of the ECOWAS Commission, His Excellency Dr. Omar Alieu Touray, and former Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi, among others.

Concede Defeat like Jonathan, APC Tells Atiku, Obi

The APC Presidential Campaign Council has asked the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi to concede defeat like President Goodluck Jonathan did in 2015.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday in Abuja, the Special Adviser, Media and Public Affairs and Strategic Communications of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Dele Alake, also asked INEC to speed up announcements of results to douse tension.
