#NigeriaDecides: Voting Yet To Start In Some Polling Units In Cross River {Video, Photos}

Reports from some parts of Cross Rivers State revealed that voting is yet to commence in some areas of the state.

Naija News gathered from some Tweeps that INEC officials have encountered different challenges from finished malfunctioning BVAS machines to a shortage of ballot papers.

Also in some areas, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) complained of a missing logo of the party on the ballot papers sent to the area.
