#Nigeriadecides: Election Materials Arrive Late In Kebbi

Some Polling Units In Kebbi state experienced late arrival of election materials this morning according to reports.

Some of the worst-hit polling units are located in the state capital, Birnin Kebbi. Naija News gathered that most of the voters who arrived at the polling units early were left frustrated.

People expressed frustration over the delay, especially those who are to vote at Nasarawa11 006 which is Governor Atiku Bagudu’s polling unit. At 10:49 a.m., neither INEC officials nor election materials had arrived.

Some sources lamented that after waiting at Garkan Sarki voting unit 001 since 7:00 am, election materials still hadn’t come as of around 10:00 am.

One voter, Malam Umar Faruk said that no INEC officials had yet shown up at the Umaru Mai Saje polling site as of a few minutes after 10 am.

He asserted that despite their impatience for the distribution of voting materials, they were anxious to cast their ballots for their favored candidates.
