Some Nigerians literally made a mockery of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the campaign vehicle of its presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, caught fire.

Naija News reports that for the past few months, many Nigerians have continued to express anger over the suffering experienced due to the APC administration.

A video sighted online captures the Tinubu/Shettima campaign vehicle engulfed with smoke while on the roadside.

However, instead of offering help to the driver, some Nigerian were seen making a mockery of the situation and shouting ‘APC is burning’.

When Naira Redesign Policy Was Conceived

In other news, the controversial Naira redesign policy by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) was conceived after the former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu, emerged as the presidential flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), says Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai.

El-Rufai asserted this while addressing residents of Kaduna State in a statewide broadcast on Thursday night.

According to him,  the policy consented to by President Muhammadu Buhari began after the APC presidential primary, alleging that some enemies of the country plotted it to deprive Tinubu of what they described as a ‘humongous war chest’.

He also mentioned that the people behind the currency redesign policy sought to achieve certain objectives.
