Massive Crowd Welcomes Atiku In Bauchi For PDP Presidential Rally (Photos And Video)

A huge crowd was on hand on Tuesday to welcome the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar in Bauchi State for his party’s campaign rally.

Naija News reports that a large crowd of supporters stormed the Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi, the venue of the campaign.

Apart from Atiku, his running mate, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, and other PDP chieftains also attended the rally.

Reacting to the turnout of supporters for the Bauchi rally, Atiku took to his Twitter account to appreciate the love and support.

He wrote: “This is Bauchi State. The love and support is amazing. -AA”

Meanwhile, the Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom has revealed why the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Titus Uba attended the presidential campaign rally of Atiku Abubakar.

The presence of Uba in the presidential campaign of the PDP had sent a message that there is a crack in Ortom’s camp.

Ortom, however, in a reaction through his special adviser on media and publicity, Terver Akase said Uba is the governorship candidate of the PDP and not Ortom’s candidate.

He further stated that Ortom is not fighting a personal battle, adding that he is not out to destroy PDP in Benue State.
