Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has maintained that he is not “too loyal” to the club’s senior players who are underperforming and that the Reds will only consider adding to their roster in January if deals are available and possible.

As a further assurance that he won’t quit the team unless forced to, Jurgen Klopp warned that Anfield would undergo some changes this coming summer.

Liverpool that sit eighth in the Premier League and 10 points off the top-four spot, have recently struggled, and coach Klopp’s remarks coincided with this slump.

After conceding that his team’s 3-0 loss to Brighton on Saturday was his worst managerial performance to date, Klopp faces several issues.

Brighton defeated Liverpool 3-0 on Saturday following a performance that manager Jurgen Klopp referred to as “very terrible.”

Ahead of Liverpool’s FA Cup third-round replay scheduled to take place later today at 20:45, Jurgen Klopp stressed that if he doesn’t leave Liverpool, the club would have to change other aspects of the club.

“But if you cannot bring anyone in, you cannot take anyone out”, the German tactician said. “I am not too loyal. At Dortmund, it was clear when I left, I said ‘something has to change here’. It is a different situation

“Either the manager’s position changes or a lot of other things change. So, as far as I am concerned unless someone tells me I will not go.

“I will be here for as long as I am wanted. If no one tells me to go, I will not go. So that means maybe there is a point where we have to change other stuff. We will see that, but that is something for the future. Like summer or whatever. Not now.

“I have space and time to think about it, we have to play better football now.”
