The aim of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer, Atiku Abubakar, to get block votes from the core northern states might go up in flames following the massive crowd at the campaign rally of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).

Naija News reports that a few days after the Bauchi tsunami, the NNPP presidential candidate, Rabiu Kwankwaso held his campaign rally on Saturday, January 14, 2023, in Kaduna State.

In attendants were Kwankwaso, his Vice running mate, Isaac Idahosa, the National Chairman, Rufai Alkali, and members of the National Working Committee (NWC).

At the event, Kwankwaso urges the people of North West and Nigerians to ignore APC and PDP, and vote for all NNPP candidates from President to House of Assembly.

He also presented flags to all the Governorship and Senatorial candidates from the Northwest zone at the rally.

The event which took place at Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna witnessed a mammoth crowd of party supporters.

Sharing some of the photos of the event on Twitter, Kwakwaso wrote: Today, we restated our pact with the good people of Kaduna State on Rebirthing the Country we all envisage.

At the event, we also presented our seven gubernatorial candidates from the Northwest Zone with their flags and called on them to intensify mobilization. – RMK
