Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has expressed disappointment following the anti-Igbo comments made by his colleague, Olawale Olofooro, professionally known as Brymo.

Recall, Brymo in a series of tweets had asserted that he is not sorry for his comments on the chances of an easterner becoming president of the country.

He tweeted on Friday, “Dear easterners, I’m not sorry.”

The artist, who has been against the presidential ambition of the Labour Party flagbear, Peter Obi, came under fire for claiming that an Igbo presidency would just be a “pipe dream” because of the drive for Biafra.

As long as there (are) talks by prominent people from Igboland about Biafra, an Igbo presidency will be a pipe dream,” he had tweeted.

Unperturbed with the heavy backlashes his tweets stirred, Brymo had blurted out against Igbos on Sunday in another tweet: ‘F*ck The Ndi Igbo !! .. To H*ll With It!!’

Reacting to Brymo’s recent tweet against ndi Igbo, Paul Okoye expressed disappointment at the singer’s remarks.

According to Paul, the elections will come and go, but insulting a particular region in Nigeria because of attention was unacceptable.

He wrote: “Mind what you are preaching.. election will come and go, we all will move on.. But you decided to be a tribal bigot because you think you are getting some attention by insulting a particular region of Nigeria and some people are praising you. as an artiste i’m only disappointed.”
