'The Church Can Not Be His Structure' - Bwala Tells Peter Obi What He Must Do To Ensure Survival Of Labour Party

A spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign council, Daniel Bwala has submitted that the Labour Party (LP) can’t win more than three states in the 2023 election.

While mocking the Labour Party, Bwala in a terse statement on Wednesday described LP as a social media party.

The PDP campaign spokesperson said the recent endorsement by former President Olusegun Obasanjo has given the LP supporters fresh hope about 2023 but it can’t deliver victory for them.

He pointed out that the same set of people celebrating the endorsement of Obasanjo were quick to say Arthur Eze doesn’t have more than one vote when the businessman publicly withdrew support from the LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Taking to Twitter, he wrote: “It is interesting that not long ago they were saying Arthur Eze has only one vote, but now they are saying OBJ has delivered victory them. This social media political party cannot win more than 3 states.”

No Longer Business As Usual

The National Vice Chairman, South-East, of the Labour Party (LP), Innocent Okeke, has slammed Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra and billionaire businessman, Arthur Eze, for downplaying Peter Obi’s chances at this year’s presidential election.

Naija News reports that Soludo and Eze had used different medium to state that Obi was wasting his time, stressing the LP candidate will not win the February 25th presidential election.

Reacting in a statement to newsmen, Okeke described Obi’s presidential ambition as an idea whose time has come, adding that it would no longer be business as usual for the elite few.

He urged Soludo and Eze to put their personal interests aside and have a rethink about their decision not to support Peter Obi.

According to the APC leader, he understands that Eze is trying to protect his business interests but now is the time for him to feel the suffering of the masses.
