PSquare Makes Confession On Using ‘Igbo Sense’ On Fans

Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye of the Psquare music duo, has revealed why they refused to release new songs after their reunion in 2021.

Naija News recalls that after many years of separation, the twin brothers reunited, and many fans were constantly asking when they would release a new album but they ignored it.

Instead, the singers toured various countries for their music concert in 2022 singing their old songs and they sold out the venues massively.

Taking to his Twitter Page, Mr P as he is fondly called announced that the music group will soon release an album as a way to celebrate their comeback.

According to the singer, it was a game plan not to release an album after their reunion because they wanted to tour around the world with their classic old songs.

Peter Okoye said following the success of their concerts which they sold out and cashed out, they are ready to release a new album, describing the scenario as ‘Igbo Sense’.

He wrote: “CONFESSION! Yes, it was a game plan not to release any New album after the reunion! Cos we wanted to tour around the world for a year with our old classic hit songs! And trust @psquare. we Cashed& Sold Out! And now we are including a Brand New Album in dis 2023. Igbo Sense”.
