Kwankwanso Will Win 2023 Presidential Election On First Ballot – NNPP

The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) Presidential Campaign Council has said its presidential candidate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwanso, will emerge victorious in the 2023 presidential election.

Naija News reports the party stated this while reacting to the projection of results for the 2023 presidential election which was released by ThisDay newspaper on Tuesday.

In a chat with Leadership last night, the spokesman of the NNPP campaign council, Major Agbo, said the poll conducted by the media organsiation does not reflect the reality on the ground.

Agbo asserted that Nigerians are looking at Kwankwaso as their alternative due to the failure of the Muhammadu Buhari administration in the last seven and half years.

He argued that the NNPP is going to win the forthcoming presidential poll, adding that Nigerians will vote massively for the former Governor of Kano State.

He said: “The election will be decided on the first ballot. There is nothing like a second ballot. Kwankwaso will win because Nigerians are going to vote massively for him. They see Kwankwaso as the only alternative.”

Recall that the ThisDay 2023 Election Centre released a projection that analyzed a possible outcome of the 2023 presidential election and key states the major candidates may win.

According to the poll analysis, with the 2023 general elections less than two months away, there are tendencies that there would be a presidential run-off.

The analysis showed the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, coming clear with massive votes in 21 states with the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Bola Tinubu, also hopeful of garnering massive votes from 20 states.

The stats also showed the NNPP presidential candidate coming fourth behind the Labour Party (LP) flagbearer, Peter Obi.
