The president noted that the floods affected “several roads and bridges” across the 36 states of the federation.

While noting how the flood incidence has caused food insecurity in the country, President Buhari noted that Nigeria witnessed the “worst flood incidents in recent history, which has caused massive destruction of farmlands.”

Naija News understands that the president only transmitted the Finance Bill 2023 to the National Assembly on Tuesday.
