Always Think Of Yourself As A Single Mother – El-Rufai’s Daughter-In-law Advises Married Follower

Bashir El-Rufai’s wife, Halima Nwakaego has lamented over how lonely motherhood is for her

The mother of two boys while speaking during a question and answer session on Instagram advised a follower who is a working mom to consider herself a single mother even though she is married.

Nwakaego stated that with this kind of mindset one would not get disappointed if their men do not fulfil some of their duties.

The follower had asked what kind of advise Nwakaego would give to a working mother whose husband refused to fulfill her duty.

Replying, she wrote, “Always think of yourself as a single mother, that way you expect nothing from anyone and never get disappointed.

You do your part and that’s the most important thing. Stop looking at what others aren’t doing for your children. Ask for help instead of assuming people will offer.”

When asked what was the most surprising aspect of motherhood, she replied that it was lonely.

Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly called Davido, has responded to a Ghanaian Twitter user who blamed him for the death of his son, Ifeanyi.

Naija News reports that in the wake of Ifeanyi’s death, the Twitter user identified as Albert Nat claimed that Davido has always been careless and carefree about his son.

He further said that the singer should be blamed for the sudden death of his son.

He tweeted: “Davido has always been careless and care-free. Blame him for the sudden death of his son”

Davido, who made his return to social media on Sunday, 18, 2022, took out time to respond to him.

Rather than expressing anger over the statement, Davido offered a word of prayer for him.

He wrote: “Thank you. I hope wat happened to never happens to you. Amen”.
