Atiku Reacts to Argentina’s World Cup Victory

The Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has applauded Lionel Mesi and his Argentina teammates on winning the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Naija News had reported that Lionel Messi led Argentina to a stunning World Cup victory, beating defending champions France 4-2 on penalties after an enthralling 3-3 draw over 120 minutes.

In a game that will go down in history as one of the greats, France twice came from behind to send the game to penalties at the Lusail Stadium in Qatar before Argentina won the game on penalties.

Taking to his Twitter page on Sunday night, Atiku, while using Messi as a case study, urged Nigerians not to give up no matter the situation.

The former Vice President said the Argentina captain save his ultimate best for the ultimate last.
