Kogi Governor, Bello Visits Wike In Rivers

The Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello on Friday night on Friday night visited the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike.

Naija News gathered that the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governor met with Wike at his residence in Port Harcourt, the state capital.

The Kogi State Governor is the latest chieftain to visit Wike at his residence ahead of the 2023 general elections.

At the time of filing this report, the detail of the meeting was not disclosed.

Rivers State To Honour Gov Ortom Today

Rivers State Government is set to honour the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom with one of the highest honours in the state today.

The state Governor, Nyesom Wike will present the award which is called ‘Grand Service Star of Rivers State (GSSRS)’ to Governor Ortom.

Governor Wike on Friday described the Benue State Governor as a true friend of Rivers people who is trustworthy and dependable.

Naija News learnt that the award ceremony is scheduled to take place at Government House, Port Harcourt.
