Toke Makinwa Speaks On Traumatic London Robbery Incident

Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa, has expressed appreciation to everyone who reached out to her following a robbery attack in London.

Naija News earlier reported that Toke took to social media to cry out, after losing all her valuables to armed robbers in London.

Narrating her ordeal, Toke said the robbers stole all her valuables and she is speechless over the incident.

In another post shared on Thursday night, the media personality said the robbery attack is probably her most traumatic experience.

According to her, watching the CCTV footage of the robbery incident was devastating but she is thankful to God that no harm was done.

She wrote: “Thank you so much for all your calls and messages, probably the most traumatic experience I’ve had and watching the cctv of how I was robbed is devastating but thank God no physical harm was done.

“Material things, however steep can and always will be replaced, thankful that that’s all they took. It’s not how I wanted to begin December but life is lived forward and understood backward. It’ll make sense someday”

Meanwhile, music star, Tems has topped her colleagues, Davido, Burna Boy and Wizkid after setting a record of becoming Billboard’s #1 Top US Afrobeats Artist of 2022.

Born Temilade Openiyi, the Try Me crooner was named Billboard’s number one (1) Top US Afrobeats Artist of 2022.

The announcement, Naija News learnt was made on Billboard’s website on 1st of December, 2022.

The Grammy award winner beat top act, such as Davido, Burna Boy, Ckay, Wizkid, Buna Boy, and many others to it.
