Naija News understands that the Osun State Security Network, aka Amotekun Corps, has also revealed that 250 of its men would be deployed for the inauguration too.

Oyetola To Hand Over To Most Senior Civil Servant

Meanwhile, an aide to the outgoing governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, Ismail Omipidan is reported to have said that his principal would handover to the most senior civil servant in the state because the camp of the incoming governor discontinued relations with Oyetola’s Chief of Staff, Dr. Charles Akinola.

Omipidan said, “Chief of Staff, Dr. Charles Akinola, was relating with them (PDP’s team), but they suddenly said they would no longer relate with him and our administration. So, my principal will hand over to the most senior civil servant in the state.”

However, in his reaction to the situation, Olawale alleged that Oyetola played lots of games as regards handing over to his principal Adeleke.

He also accused the outcome governor of being insecure saying “Oyetola was not sincere with submission of handover notes to the governor-elect. We were invited for the handover notes as late as 2pm on Friday at a time we were busy with the inauguration programme.”
