Ziyech won't rule out a January transfer.

Chelsea star, Hakim Ziyech, has refused to dismiss any potential move away from Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window.

Naija News recalls that Manchester United was considering a move for the former Ajax star to boost their attack last summer.

Among several players such as Cody Gakpo, and Antony, Erik Ten Hag was also considering a move for the midfield following Pogba’s exit from the club.

Ziyech joined Chelsea in February 2020 after moving to London for £33.3 million from Ajax.

The Moroccan international has 83 games and 14 goals under his contract with Chelsea, which runs until the summer of 2025.

Since moving to Chelsea from Ajax, Ziyech has had trouble making an impression on the west London club.

Before the 2022 FIFA World Cup break came, the former Twente forward began only two games for Chelsea this season, which has been challenging for him.

Several teams, including Ajax, AC Milan, Manchester United, and Tottenham Hotspur, were said to be interested in the 29-year-old during the summer transfer window.

Ziyech responded to NOS’s question on whether he would leave Chelsea and return to the Eredivisie in the January transfer window, saying: “It is hard to say, difficult to say.

“We don’t know what will happen in the winter. It is football, so it is difficult to say.”
