TikToker Withdraws Claim That Osinbajo’s Daughter Was Arrested With Huge Cash

A TikToker identified as @Realcharley22 on the social media platform has withdrawn his claim that the daughter of the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Kiki was arrested.

The social media user on Wednesday claimed that the Vice President’s daughter was caught with huge cash.

The TikToker in a post on his space had stated that Kiki was arrested in the United Kingdom and taken into custody.

The social media user, however, on Thursday released another video to recant the report that the Vice President’s daughter was arrested in the UK.

He said, “I want to apologize to Kiki Osinbajo because she never got arrested.

“The story is not true and my source deceived me and took someone else as Kiki.”

Kiki reportedly flew into the Federal Capital Territory on Tuesday with her father after the VP’s trip to Lagos.

Osinbajo was in the city for the UN World Tourism Organisation (WTO) global conference.

Naija News had earlier reported that the Vice President got people laughing on Tuesday after expressing his singing and dancing skills at the World Tourism Organisation global conference in Iganmu.

The number two citizen, while addressing dignitaries at the conference, sang the popular Nigerian song ‘Buga’ by Kizz Daniel to buttress his point that music is a global language.

The VP’s demonstration got the attendees smiling and laughing as they also joined in chorusing the song at Osinbajo’s request.
